Easter

Easter Sunday has come and gone and all that remains is way too much candy! After church on Sunday we came home to prepare for our Easter dinner guests. We did find the time, however, to do a small Easter Egg Hunt in the back yard.

As you can see from Aubrie's face there was great joy in the hunting and finding of the plastic colored eggs in our yard. Before we began, Nettie says to me, "Will you actually hide them, mom, not just put them on the grass?" And of course, I obliged. Aubrie needed a little assistance in finding the eggs since she's used to the great "Egg Pick Up" rather than the hunting part. Later that evening we celebrated with a lovely Easter dinner with a few of our friends from church.

Beach Day
On Thursday we went to Stinson Beach with the Kilbreaths and the Fabers. We had a lovely time enjoying the gorgeous sunshine, warm sand, salty air and breath-taking scenery. The kids very much enjoyed building sand castles, running around the beach and playing in the water.

Princess Dance Camp
Today the girls were able to enjoy a fun Princess Dance Camp at Encore Gymnastics. This event provides three hours of princessy entertainment and three hours of blissful quiet for the mom. The little princesses even got to "meet" three of the Disney Princesses, who could ask for anything more!
