Baby News

I know many of you have been waiting on pins and needles to hear a baby update. Unfortunately, there isn't one! :) This baby, like both the girls, is staying in the womb as long as possible. My hope is that we will have a baby this weekend. So, stay tuned for more on that.



Potty Training

One of my (and let's be honest, any mother's) least favorite things to do is to potty train a child. Aubrie, up to this point, has shown ZERO interest in tackling this milestone. However, we have had some potty success in the past few days! Aubrie has successfully gone on the potty close to 10 times in the past three days. She's had a few accidents but I believe she is starting to get the hang of it. Of course, it is probably all for naught because I'm sure she will regress once the baby arrives. In the meantime, I will enjoy having less diapers to change! :)



Kindergarten Madness

Hard to believe our eldest is going to start Kindergarten in the fall. Matt and I have been looking at schools in the area. Unfortunately, the public schools in our city are not really what we want for our beloved daughters and so, we have been looking into other options. We are still debating which school we will choose and some of it will probably depend upon whether the economy decides to take a turn for the positive, but once a decision has been made we will let you all know!



I hope you all can forgive the lack of blog posting . . . I've been incredibly busy with work and trying to get everything in order before this baby arrives. I promise to have pictures posted after Baby Jahn 3 makes his/her appearance. Until next time, dear readers . . .
