Camping Chronicles: Day 5

Hello from Betsie!

We woke up yesterday morning to unpredictable skies. We weren't sure if it would rain buckets, blow over to beautiful sunny skies or remain gray for the entire day. We took advantage of the cool morning by taking the kids to the playground. After being there for only a short while the humidity began to get the best of us. Despite the gray skies we were all beginning to perspire. The mom of the kids' campground friends told us about a park nearby. It had a water park along with a gigantic play structure. We figured it was the perfect day to check it out.

If only CA had parks like this one! It was AMAZING! Plenty of fountains for all the kids and two ginormous play structures.
